Minimum booking: 9 sq.mtrs and multiples of 3 sq.mtrs

Stall will be constructed with prefab system with a height of 2.4 mtr.. Each panel will be of 1 mtr. width. A 9 sq. mtr built up stand will have partition , floor covering, facia writing, one table, three chairs, 3 shelves of 1 mtr. each, five spot lights , one electric socket of 5 amp and waste basket. No nailing will be allowed on the panels for fixing photographs, posters, banners etc.. The display aids would be increased proportionately on the basis of area booked.

In the case of bare space, the stall should be constructed in such a way that the visibility of adjacent booths are not affected. The stall height should not be more than 2.4 meters. In case of any deviation, the drawing should be got cleared by ITPO before construction.

Booths will be allotted on first-come first served basis.

A colourful fair catalogue on the fair will be brought out by ITPO.

Participation in the exhibition will be governed by rules and regulation indicated overleaf of the application form.
